The training of multi-hop is for all sports as a means of fitness.
Total Training:
1st Phase.
- Running smoothly;
- Exercises of displacement or technical development;
- General exercises (gymnastics);
- Breathing exercises
- Racing - uphill and
- On slopes
2nd Phase.
- Multi jumps
3rd Phase.
- Exercises psychological response time
Multi-heels for sprinters:
- Lots of leg extension
- Optimal coefficient
Multi-heels for jumpers:
- Little leg extension
number of hops: 35-37
time: 16 seconds - 17 seconds for a distance of 100 meters.
