Long Jump.

Long Jump.

- Qualification physical athlete: speed, flexibility, quick nervous reaction, good coordination.
- Qualified Mental Athlete: determination, resolute courage, skill.

Although the speed is the main factor, the technique of knocking on board and elevation does get good performances.

The technique for the long jump is divided into four phases as follows: preparation, takeoff, rise and fall.
