Race Fund - 3,000 m, 5,000 m 10,000 m dash.
1 - A logger will record the laps laps of each competitor in races of 1500m to 5000m.
For races
greater than 5,000 m., various registrars be appointed rounds, which, under the direction of the referee and the corresponding
bearing their ballots, record the laps and times for each lap walked by competitors, by
which they are responsible.
These times will be provided by the chief timekeeper.
None recorder turns
It will charge more than four contestants.
2 - A recorder laps is specially designed to communicate with each contestant the number of turns that the same
still have to go.
The last round will be notified by means of a bell or other suitable means.
