Shot Put - Exercise Specialist.

The shot put is among the proofs of pitch, which presents the dynamics simpler, because it is itself a
linear movement, followed by an overall length of the body. This apparent simplicity leads many aficionados Athletics
considering the shot put as a proof technique that is easy and within reach of anyone getting good
performances. Pure deception. After the initial concern of selecting the pitcher by biotype, comes next, the aspect
training - muscle mass, strength, and finally, development, always present in athletic preparation, the sense
rhythmic which constitutes the most important factor in this complex technical.
