Weight Throw - Style Rotary.

Weight Throw - Style Rotary.
A new technique appeared in the field of athletics, this is the shot put with a rotation that is not anything other than,
the "pivoting" (spin) of disk launchers applied to the pitcher's weight, respecting the rules, which require either the
weight maintained by the neck until the moment of shooting itself.
One can not say that this new technique will eventually be imposed on "0'Brien": it is much discussed, its application is very
experiences are limited and few, but for publications in foreign journals, we believe it should be
taken into consideration.
The technique of rotation, was born in Czechoslovakia and the Soviet Union. Currently the athlete Alexander Baryschnikov, adapted
this new technique holds the record with Soviet 20.54 m and is among the best pitchers weight of the world, being the 12th.
Few athletes 'level' to apply this technique. Athlete of Josef Forst Wattenscheis launched last year in
Traditional "O'Brien" and his record was 19.12 m. Applying the new technique of rotation, their performance improved from 50cm.
The Czech Kerssenbrock said, on innovation, it is more difficult to learn, but even if the radius is not particularly
large, since the weight has to be at the neck, rotation gives an initial velocity more important than that obtained with
throwing straight. The technique is identical to the release of the disc (disc release), possibly with a lap and a quarter or a lap and a half.
The greatest care è keep a firm grip, keeping the weight properly seated in the neck, preventing the centrifugal force
take the weight of the position until the time of the shooting itself.
