High Jump - Technical Considerations of thrust.

High Jump - Technical Considerations of thrust.

Consider technically part of the jump:

Thrust.
When an athlete goes parallel to the slats, if driving with your foot out, while making a rotation, turning
back to the bar. For this rotation the athlete throws the free leg (the opposite of thrust) and strongly folded to
High and inwards in relation to the curve of thrust. At this time raises the shoulder of the same side of the same impeller leg
time that tilts back. The arms are synchronized with legs, i.e., the arm opposite the leg impulsion
vai ahead of the body and semi-flexed upward. Some athletes have thrown both arms upward moving ahead
the body and then bringing them to the side.

The head turns and tends slightly over the shoulder of the free leg, this movement drags the upper torso and thus
to rotate the body about the axis of the hips. This action, in general, is directed by the look of the hopper that attaches
the joist and does not deviate from it by the end of the transposition. The point determination will drive according to
characteristics of each athlete.
