The judge has absolute jurisdiction Starting over competitors when in its output places and be the sole judge to

For races in which competitors are not placed on the same line (example: 200m, 400m, etc.)..
The judge should
use a microphone connected to amplifiers opposite the starting line in each lane.
Where such a device is not
used, the starter should put themselves in such a way that the distance between them and the various competitors, is
approximately the same.
Where, however, the starter can not post in such a position, the gun should be
affixed at that point and unloaded using electrical appliance.
Judge Start or confirming one of the contestants can call again with a new shot in any race
that, in his opinion, the output was not correct.
