Any athlete pushing, sliding closing or obstructing another competitor so as to prevent its progression, and liable
derating.
If, in a race, an athlete is disqualified for one of these reasons, the arbitrator shall have the power to
deciding that the race is played again excluding the athletic declassified or in the case of a series, allowing
corridors affected by the act resulting in disqualification from entering the subsequent series.
