Hammer Throw - General Rules

Hammer Throw - General Rules.

1st. All releases will hammer made of a circle with a diameter of 2.135 m.
2nd. It is allowed in the hammer throw, the common use of gloves for hand protection.
3rd. The competitor in its initial position, before the preliminary rounds, may by the hammer head on the ground outside the circle.

4th. Not be considered a failure if hammer throw the hammer head touch the ground when the contestant makes the rounds preliminary, but if, after having touched the ground this way, he interrupt the launch to get it again.
You will be computed a failed attempt.
