Training - Organisation of a Circuit - Circuit Training.

Training - Organisation of a Circuit - Circuit Training.
Learning Circle:
The first 3 sessions will be studied.
Test for Determination of Individual Dosage:
This session will be very intense and tiring. Certain exercises are very stressful and you must register the
total number of repetitions (circuit training exercises numbers 16 and 18, for example, where time of 30 seconds seems enough). Anyway, other exercises of low intensity which most repetitions is 30, will work
endurance (circuit training exercises numbers 15 and 20, for example, where the timeout is set to one minute).

The tests will run in the normal order of the circuit, while observing a minute of rest between each station,
for retrieval.Weather Circuit:
Will be set by the coach due to the time required to perform performer spent by the three laps of the circuit,
with doses equal to half the maximum for each exercise and no recovery time between efforts. Consequently the performer looking to improve your time without sacrificing the quality of the exercises in its execution (important).

When the weather is less than that obtained originally set by the coach, it is retesting with the kicker
thus increasing the difficulty:
- Primarily by increasing the doses of all or some exercises;
- Secondly, increasing loads;
- Thirdly, increasing the number of exercises circuit or by varying the route.

Fixed Dose for a Homogeneous Group:
The dose of each year shall be set by the coach when working with a homogeneous group. So the coach not fixed time as a goal to be achieved; each performer tries to reduce its own time and once the group reaches a certain level, increasing doses Manager.

NOTE: The difficulty of individualization of labor on the one hand and on the other, the search for the maximum flow of performers in circuit, indicates the need to create homogenous groups and to predict successive matches, as well as avoid bottling the course of running three laps of the circuit.

Exercise individual record of work:
M = Maximum number of repetitions
Z = Sectors
T = Dose training, imposed for completion of Circuit Training
T = M / Z
