The Physical Training of Power: The POWER TRAINING.

The "Power Training" is a training system that aims at the development of physical power.
P = V x F (force multiplied by velocity).
After remarks by the results obtained by famous teachers and coaches, the American George
Rider, the Russian physiologist Simkin, the British and Morgan Adamson, each spokesperson of a system, we have reached a synthesis its propositions and conclusions and a method was developed for strictly individual, preferably to athletes competition.


The "Power Training" work process created by Major Raoul Mollet, agrees with the conclusions of that Simkin proved that nothing better for the development of the muscular system of the athlete using a series of exercises counter-resistance, using, in intimate admixture, attractive shapes and various working.

"Overload Principle" - Principle of super load - The athlete must perform a series of exercises with heavy utensils (Weightlifting bars), semi-heavy (medicine-ball, dumbbells, etc..) Or well with his own body, using it as work object.

All exercises should be strictly individual, tailored to its purpose and conditions of the moment
they are carried. The exercises will be chosen in order to develop the strengths and improve the weaknesses of athlete. The exercises will be performed in "circuit" according to a pre-established order. Are separated by intervals predetermined. The execution of all exercises should be explosive character.
The number of executions of each session and for each exercise should be gradual and programmed beforehand. The load or resistance should be carefully determined for each exercise, being established by previous tests. The number of exercises is limited.
